MISSION
- To formulate and implement development programmes with active public participation.
- To strengthen initiatives that ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and public health.
- To improve basic infrastructure such as drinking water, roads, electricity, and waste management.
- To ensure the welfare and well-being of women, children, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities.
- To promote agriculture, environmental conservation, and water resource management.
- To expand opportunities in education, digital services, and employment.
- To promote environmentally sustainable village development through initiatives such as Haritha Keralam and Suchitwa Keralam.
- To effectively coordinate disaster management and pre-monsoon preparedness activities.
